1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions of Pegasus Luxury Transportation guides our operations on our webpage which guides and manage your use of our website. Pegasus Luxury Transportation is accessible at www.Pegasusluxtrans.com when using our services, we believe you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here

2. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from Pegasus Luxury Transportation. The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the pick up location, date, and time. Any changes to the reservation must be communicated to Pegasus Luxury Transportation in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to Pegasus Luxury Transportation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time may incur a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

3. Additional Charges

The client may be responsible for additional charges incurred during the trip, such as stops or excessive waiting time. These charges will be communicated to the client and added to the final bill.

Conduct of Passengers: The client and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the trip. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be the financial responsibility of the client.

4. Liability

Pegasus Luxury Transportation will not be held liable for any delays, accidents, or injuries that occur during the trip, except in cases of negligence on the part of the driver or company. Pegasus Luxury Transportation reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group for any reason.

Policy for Waiting Time: Charges applies to wait time if the pick up time exceeds 30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights, Also when we pick you from homes and offices or any other location when the time exceeds 15 minutes, it will be charged with the total transportation charges and wait time fees. We Add $15 charge for Early pick-ups between 11pm and 5am $. 15 may be added to the charges and each additional stop after the first pick up location $25 is added to the cost.

5. Other Terms

  • There will be no eating, and use of narcotics or any controlled substances in our vehicles once the driver picks up.
  • Any damages incurred in our vehicles by the client or guest will be fully charged to the client's credit card or by cash from the client.
  • We are not liable for any personal property of the client or guests which are damaged or misplaced in our vehicles, if we find anything, we will do our best to call and inform the client.
  • We are not liable for any unforeseen severe weather condition damages or traffic, road constructions, accidents or unexpected car breakdowns which are beyond our control.
  • Our rates are subject to change without prior notice. We charge 20% gratuity for driver tips. Online Reservations are billed to the customers account or credit cards on file. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover.
  • All hourly rates for vehicle are billed with a minimum of 4 hours.
